RESPONSIBILITIES:

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in urban planning or transportation management, with at least 2 years focused on mobility strategy development or smart city projects.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Urban Planning, Transportation Engineering, or a related discipline is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of successful urban planning projects, demonstrating expertise in transportation networks, land use planning, and sustainability practices.
- Proficiency in urban planning software and tools, such as GIS, AutoCAD, or transportation modeling software, as well as knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with transportation data analytics, performance benchmarking, and system optimization.
- Strong understanding of sustainable urban development, smart city concepts, and traffic management systems.
- Experience in planning and leading urban mobility experiments and pilot projects.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages used in data analysis (e.g., Python, R) and familiarity with transportation platforms (e.g., ride-sharing, public transit systems).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex planning concepts into practical applications and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
