- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in communications or public relations, with a proven ability to develop and manage effective PR strategies and campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications in PR or communications are advantageous.
- Deep understanding of PR principles, media relations, and communication strategies, with a focus on strategic messaging and audience engagement.
- Proficiency in creating high-quality content across various platforms, including digital media, print, and social media.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with communication frameworks and methodologies, such as integrated marketing communications (IMC).
- Strong analytical abilities to assess campaign performance and derive actionable insights for strategy refinement.
- Experience in managing communication during high-pressure situations and effectively handling public relations crises.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to achieve communication objectives.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in communication and public relations, and the ability to incorporate these into strategies.
