Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in corporate social responsibility, sustainability, or a related field.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Social Sciences, or a related discipline; advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of developing and managing CSR programs and initiatives that align with corporate values and goals.
- Strong understanding of CSR principles, sustainability practices, and social impact measurement.
- Proficient in project management software, data analysis tools, and reporting applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to design and implement effective CSR strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in engaging stakeholders and presenting CSR initiatives to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices in CSR and sustainability.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with social impact assessments and community engagement initiatives.
- Understanding of corporate sustainability goals and social responsibility frameworks.
- Skills in data analytics for CSR reporting and impact measurement.
