SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:

  •  Minimum 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications in digital marketing are highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content strategy.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing automation systems.

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.
  •  Experience in leading and developing digital marketing teams, with a focus on achieving team and business goals.
  •  Experience in managing marketing budgets and demonstrating cost-effective strategies.
  •  Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate marketing strategies and results to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific trends and regulations related to digital marketing.
  • Experience with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, including AI and automation tools.
