- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field; an advanced degree or certification in solar energy is a plus.
- Proven track record of successful solar projects, demonstrating expertise in PV system design, energy yield analysis, and grid integration.
- Proficiency in solar design software, such as PVsyst, AutoCAD, and Helioscope, as well as knowledge of industry standards and codes.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with solar energy data analytics, performance monitoring, and system optimization.
- Strong understanding of renewable energy policies, incentives, and financial models related to solar projects.
- Experience in planning and leading solar project installations, including residential, commercial, and utility-scale systems.
- Basic knowledge of programming (e.g., MATLAB, Python) for energy modeling and system simulations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical solutions and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
