INTRODUCTION:

 RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Lead the design, development, and optimization of renewable energy systems, including solar, wind, and geothermal projects.
  • Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and energy yield analyses to determine the best solutions for renewable energy projects.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including system layouts, equipment specifications, and financial models.

  • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in renewable energy engineering, with at least 2 years focused on specific technologies (e.g., solar, wind).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy, Environmental Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
  • Strong portfolio of successful renewable energy projects, showcasing technical expertise and innovation.
  • Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, PVsyst) and energy modeling tools.
  • Deep understanding of energy systems, grid integration, and sustainable design principles.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with energy data analytics and performance monitoring.
  • A solid understanding of business models and financial incentives related to renewable energy projects.
  • Experience in conducting and leading environmental impact assessments.
  • Basic knowledge of programming (e.g., MATLAB, Python) for data analysis and system optimization.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-engineers and work collaboratively within a team.
